More pre-seasons riding just before our last snow storm that blanketed us in snow once again. Colin gets his first ride in for the season and we end up on the intro to Sledgehammer!
It's pretty rough in there. We went back through this past weekend thinking it would be easier with the ground thawing but it was just softer and slippier. I did a lot of pushing lol
Are you running a fan on the bike? Also , that pit looks wicked, I can’t believe you’ve found a pit that big that they don’t mind you riding. Most big pits around NS are very strict…
No fan on the xc yet but I've been wanting to put one one. Looking for the dumb fan that the ecu controls but I don't think that is easily done. Might just put one on with an on off switch.
I think the latter is the way to go , but only downside is you need to keep an eye on temp. They do make some that have a probe on the radiator too, which will turn on at a certain temp. I haven’t ridden in summer yet but I’ve noticed the bike runs warmer than my CR250.
@@NickCottreau I've used the digital fans with the rad probe the thermometer kept failing so the fan would run overnight and drain the batter. It was a Tusk set up, quality fan but the sensor was crap. Could just install the KTM version and see.
Nice riding! Those look like some challenging/steep hills!

Trail looks really good! Where is it located?
A ton of good trails in this area, many have some pretty significant elevation changes. This is near Welsford, NB.
