I legit love your videos! I have the same thing too, I get a bit down during the winter. What helps for me is lighting that gives off natural light, some good games/contact with friends. Keeping myself busy with like skincare, cleaning and shaving. Doing my nails/make-up. Workouts like yoga at home (don't overdo it! If you would be starting begin simple! You don't have to match the teacher perfectly.) I find yoga with Adrienne really good here on youtube.

I use the Kosas powder and beauty blender powder puff too! Great minds 😎 The puff is good quality, has held up being washed many times. Haven’t tried Rare Beauty concealer, love the new Bobbi Brown concealer lately.

I lost sooooo much hair after Covid last summer. It’s finally growing back. I have tons of little stubbys that stand straight up after a fresh wash/blow dry but I welcome them. I talk to them, encourage them 😂. Losing all that hair was TRAUMATIC!! Nobody talked about it so I’m glad to hear others finally talking about the post Covid hair loss. I use the same rosemary oil. My scalp changed too. Still combating that. Thanks for sharing!
11:16 agree with that 100%, I avoided having Covid for the longest but it finally got me in November and I have totally noticed a ton of hair loss these last few months. My hair was already thin but now it’s really thin. I will have to try some of these products!💕
It took me so long to find out that having Covid twice in 2 months was why I was having such intense hair shedding and loss!! Everytime I’d wash or brush my hair, it was coming out in almost clumps. Thankfully I’ve gotten it back to a good routine

I've been loving the haus labs foundation, makeup by mario and hourglass ambient lighting foundation, Dominique cosmetics powder and huda beauty faux concealer along w elf halo glow filter and the whoo gloo sunscreen makeup primer my makeup has looked amazing these past few weeks

I feel like I literally manifested this video, I was just thinking this morning that I want to watch a Kathleen video and bam! Here it is 😊
My new to me favorites this month are the Lisa Eldridge Lucent lipstick in the shade Atomic Cherry and the gloss in the shade Pompadour. Also, the Tower 28 SOS serum and facial spray has really helped heal my eczema that I got from using a glowy exfoliant that left me with an allergic reaction that made my face look like I fought a couple rounds with Mike Tyson. I have been loving the Makeup by Mario foundation and my new spring fragrance, Tocca Florence. It's an older fragrance that came out in 2006 but I have been really enjoying it. It has top notes of Pear, Apple, Bergamot, and Grapefruit Leaf. Middle notes of Gardenia, Tuberose, Violet Leaf and Iris. Base notes are Musk and White Woods.
Kathleen said the brightener and powder are de best so I went and bought brightener and powder too ;) you never disappoint so I'm super excited to try!!
Kathleen you should try FEKKAI products!! I have similar curly hair to yours and have been loving it, plus it’s all clean and vegan which is a major plus 🤍

I bought some silicone mats like that for the grandkids, when they are coloring, I have a brand new concrete table and those mats are awesome! Everything comes off of them, I defy anything to actually stick to it.

Kathleen!! I've been using the tosowoong hair tonic, it's so good, you should try it. oils never worked for me, but this thing is honestly magic, I hardly lose any hairs now. you spray it every day and massage it, it doesn't make your hair dirty either
