Does this model have a video out that could be hooked directly to a TV?

how does it know what packages you pay for it I pay for Showtime but not HBO thank you.
the primary purpose of this item is to help finding satellites and as a free to air satellite receiver/TV it also works well if you're paying for services then you would need the meter to have a softcam (software conditional access module) and a card slot - it doesn't have those so the answer is you can't use this meter for pay channels except to know that they are transmitting on specific frequencies (you can't watch them for entertainment or information they might transmit)

Y no detecta nada ya TENGo la antena casada con el satélite y en el satlink no detecta nada

I have heard the elevation angle is much higher because it is not an offset dish, have you any idea of the angle difference Regards Terry.
The elevation angle must be the same and is calculated dependent on where you are on the planet however the angle looks different because the design is different and because on an offset dish you also have an offset angle
HI what size sat dish does the Flat 440 dish Equate to in a normal offset dish & can it give a good signal over the UK, Regards Terry.
the makers claim 80cm and in truth it is as good as some 80cm dishes but if you have a well made 80cm dish (like the Gibertini dishes I also sell) then actually this claim looks lame - in the UK this dish performs well on Astra2/Eurobird1 Astra 1 (19 east) and Hotbird 13 east at all times and can be used with other strong satellites in all but the worst weather too
