Darris Pope I actually just picked it up haven't played it yet. Depending on the type of rpg you like,(I like a wide variety) earth wars and revenant saga are pretty decent rpg for the switch I own both.
To me it feels more like a tribute to all their older rpgs. It has the art style and the characters all come from different walks of life. Like, the most I see from Bravely is the combat system, but the story telling feels more like FF

I like that two characters each have essentially the same ability, you just have to decide whether you're going noble or rogue. I love the way Cyrus uses his ability in a way that makes me think of Phoenix Wright.
I think the part he's pointing out is that it happened at exactly 3:16. It's a wrestling reference, if I'm not mistaken. Something to do with Stone Cold Steve Austin, and something about "Austin 3:16"... Not sure exactly what that refers to, but it's definitely something I've heard.

I played the demo yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!!... Good job SquareEnix you finally pulled your heads out of your assess! I finished the 3 hour limited demo last night and decided to buy the game today just to find out this game releases next month!!!... It's been a while since I was so anxious for a game release!. I can't wait for next month so I can buy this game and be happy! Everything about this game screams FF4, FF6 and all those great SNES era Square RPGs. The music in the first underground dungeon is a masterpiece. The battle system is perfect (turn based), the inventory and skills system, the voice over of the main character and the mysteries he solves... Everything is right on spot. This is a game that is worth $60 in my opinion... Well, I remember I paid $90 for FF3 on SNES when it was released back in the day so why not $60 for this one!... Well the truth is that I cannot wait for it to be on sale... Play the demo now!

autistic Ciolatte FE is my favourite series ever so I'm gonna enjoy that classic tactics gameplay more than anything else lol And octopath will be my first 'traditional style' jrpg. I'm hesitantly crossing streams with this one.
one thing: you play with all 8 of them, at once. you don't have to pick a character. There is a specific mechanic for that, i suggest you to try the demo. it is really well done.

Silver Screen I'm contemplating getting this, or any Nintendo game. Because when I got Mario Kart 8 and Pokken Tournament for Wii U and then they released the deluxe versions that you have to buy a whole new system to play, I was furious. I'm assuming it's a trend they're gonna keep rolling with. They gave up the 1 thing that made them different from these scummy western developers.

All Nintendo is doing is porting over games with upgraded/fixed frame rates and all the dlc so they can get more sales from the people who never played those games. Nothing scummy at all about that. It's called progressing from one generation to another. Especially if the previous one was a failure

Mario This is basically Square making a classic Final Fantasy similar to VI. Most of the older Final Fantasy fans have given up on the series and this is the closest thing they’ve gotten to what they want (besides Bravely Default) for many, many years. That’s why it’s exciting to a lot of people. But I see what you mean.
This game is EXCELLENT. but my ONLY complaint is that the ambient blur around the edges of the screen and things in the background is a bit TO strong, I know it was a lot stronger in the first demo, but I just feel the actual viewing field should be less blurred.
