Why would an IT company come to Bihar? The answer is not that obvious. The states which are flooded with IT companies these days were not ready for them when the change had started happening. Ofcourse, those states were little better than the present day Bihar. Even hundred of years ago, kings used to build the temples first and then around those temples, towns would slowly get formed after few years. To sum it up, every state/city is ready for anything. I know that we missed the " Tata's Nano " chance but we just need one big ~ good move. A good government or a good politician or a good businessman or a good believer like me who will change Bihar for sure.
Bihar gets the Lion's share of the center's tax revenues. All the roads and railways are built in the North. Our cinema is north centric and so is Indian politics. Biharis have the highest number of Government workers - IAS, IPS included. Every Bihari is gloating about their rich history and culture.
