Interior is better if you’re growing organic, exterior has a bunch of extra chemicals. Interior still lasts years in my experience, get semi gloss or add a pigment to the flat.

dont tell people what kind of paint, because its a secret solution !!! Latex exterior paint, mixed 50 with water, 50 with latex paint. your welcome
