Also along from Gyllynvase beach at Falmouth there's a beautiful shell grotto in the grounds of Pavilion gardens ,next time your down this way go check them out . Got a ghost cemetery story for yous. I was working in a bar and chatting to a regular when he told me of a time he was walking through the local churchyard. He said that he had seen the ghost of a girl, perhaps twenties, just momentarily. She was clutching her dress, old fashioned clothes, and begging for help, she had been stabbed. His face went pale as he was telling me, you know when the air turns serious and cold. He was eager that I believe him, and I said yes, I absolutely do because just a few months previous I'd read a story in the local paper. A girl had been taken hostage for ransom by a man wanting a debt paid, of some kind, to her father. John the regular...was so shaken as I told him, I'll never forget that.
Cold Christmas reminded me of visiting old St Marys church in Clophill at midnight in my teens (Bedfordshie /Herts border) , it was a ruined church with a satanic past and had these old gravestones lining the area. We sat on the window space in the ruins at midnight and looked over to the ancient gravestones. There was a man in a black hooded gown and glowing red eyes standing still lookign back at us. I got the fear and sprinted back to car and he chased us, when we got in the car we looked toward the church and saw that they had rigged up some system to float and move all these white 'sheets' around inside it, high up way our of reach, maybe running about with them on poles or somehting wierd, then saw another hooded person with red glowing eyes running towards our car so i reversed down the track faaaast.
also, where you parked and walk down the little alley way, was on my walk back from the church, and saw three figures in black cloaks with what looked like pointy hoods. safe to say, i diverted my walk lol
Know your neck of the woods very well...surprised you didn't mention the 'Great bed of Ware' currently housed in the V & A museum that is reputed to be haunted by a poltergeist! Have also heard the stories about Cold Christmas near Wadesmill and Thundridge too, they were particularly spooky 👻
136 was my guess! Funnily enough I've been researching Phosphorus that is in coke, and it actually is very essential. Medical industry says that too much will create osteoporosis.. but..every DNA strand and all bone is constructed of Calcium Phosphate, too much Calcium alone is not good. Phosphorus lights up the brain!
Actually it's just swinging about of - this or that but in reality we've always had older and younger people who died. My Grans died in their 90's, their parents died in their 90's and so on yet, there were others in the family who died earlier in the other side of the family where cancer seemed to be a thing and diabetes and heart disease. We go when we go and a good clean lifestyle always helps though - funny the older ones worked hard most of their life and eat less as Hebridean crofters.
Not to get “conspiracy theory” wrong n the viewers but people often live to 140 something in other countries - Mongolia, Peru, Argentina, Iran etc. It’s the “system” of poor food, chemicals, western medicines and the rest we are told that 80-90 is the maximum age that we die early.
