It's only a matter of time before s2j wins it all. He's growing better each time.
This was not top 10 S2J in 2017/2018 that I've seen. This was top 5 player this year. The in and outs of his attacks, him baiting an attack at the ledge then dash away to stomp approach. His neutral 2- combo attack to get his opponent to press something then gets in with a knee or fast fall up air especially his sets against the sheik players. And how he recovers so he can get attacked and sent him the other way to get him in a better position to do what's next. Man I can't wait for The Big House 10 or Smash Summit with him

yo i have been watching melee and playing it for years and i legit no exaggeration am sure this video is sped up by like 10-15%
dude i think that almost every time i see johnny play, something about his movement style is just so damn fast
i opened a stop watch and it was accurate to the time on the game clock, but i agree that it looks so fast

@@surfingraichu7594 Please elaborate on what you mean by uncompetitive. Imo transformations add depth and nuance to the set, players have to take into account new plats, new tech situations, etc. A few glitches seen only a handful of times in infamous matches does not make a stage uncompetitive
@@natttemantv1977 it “adds depth and nuance” to a few characters a whole lot more than others and those characters are already the best in the game to begin with. I suppose you also want to go back to the days of Rainbow ride, Mute City & Kongo Jungle 64 in competitive play? Or maybe Icicle Mountain? After all, who really needs representation from the high-mid tiers, right?
