It's true, there's so many gems that they never release, or that get cut from albums, or they give nice beats to low-profile artists who are not going to make the song into a hit. If I were the neptunes, I'd establish a system where I'd give the hot beats to hot artists, and the not-so-hot beats to low-profile artists. That way, all their best beats have a good chance of being hits because they give them to popular artists
