well...nice system, and excellent explanation: now i understood why i like more small drivers than bigger ones, and finally: then not i'm the only one who put tiny drivers into crazy low tuned boxes: a 6.5 tuned to 22 - plays down to 18 hz, and approx 40 yrs old 20 wrms 8 inch tuned to 23 - plays down to like 17 hz

I was originally gonna run these 8s but i got a deal on some xv3 and i build a t-line enclosure for them two 8s runing them off a rockford power 4 channel at 2ohm man these 8s can play super low and can get windy i was amazed

I have a 95 Chevy extended cab with no backseat, what should I put as far as subs? Two fifteens in custom box or 4 8’s in custom box. I have a 375 Mechman alternator with 0 gauge ofc, big 3, two D3500 XS batteries.

If box space allows, definitely go 2x 15” as almost double cone area and will be louder

I feel as if it helps with the supply, it pulls 2500 from the amp, but it being a 4500, it’s built larger, so it won’t get too hot, heat causes distortion and in his application it might have helped out in db
