Some of my friends refer to my home as the curio shop. I'm now politely going to insist that they call it the cabinet of curiosities instead. I admire that you've found a place for everything.
I think the pandemic has added to my maximalist experience. You don't have to worry for only the essential stores to be open. Because it's comforting to know when you're surrounded with full. Psychologically too. When you have all your likes. You know you have a grip on life's distractions. Forget about social distancing, your oasis is your refuge.
I could spend hours looking at all of your wonderful treasures! What a lovely sanctuary in these troubled times. Inspiring me to do more with color and maximalism in my own home. Thank you so much for sharing.
Maximalist décor, so well done!! I appreciate this style and love looking at it and you orchestrated things so well. I am a neutral minimalist however and love to add color via large statement abstract canvases and a few accessories. Trending this year, you are right on trend. So enjoyed your video!

This is part Thai temple, part Victorian salon, part theater set blended together into a magically transformative space. Each bedroom is particularly stunning. The maximalist nature focusing on exotic collectibles and fine art made me think of a mini Hearst castle.
I love everything about your beautiful home, its magical, tranquil, I can only wonder where you got all those wonderful things, thanks for sharing, and bringing joy and peace.

The painted walls at the entrance and the backyard oasis as well as the way you transformed the garage into a music lounge (if albums are a clue?) are my favorites. I would love to hang out and paint out there on the deck. It's also inspiring to see someone have an imagination to transform a space. Whatever works, I guess for each one! I have come to realize people have different ideas about their ideal living spaces. I am a maximalist too...and partial to part antique European...and rustic at the same time. i sometimes wonder if those 2 clash, but frankly, I don’t care...I love both aesthetic, and loving your surroundings is all that matters.
The faces are your friends. They are there to protect you from what could really scare you. Smile at them and they can begin to smile back. The world is a wonderful, magical place, full of unexpected friends.
