- Putin Warns of World War 3 as Macron Pledges Mirage-2000 Jets for Ukraine | From The Frontline
French President Emmanuel Macron hosted US President Joe Biden, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Normany to oversee the 80-year commemorations of D-Day landings that saved Europe from Nazi Germany. After this, Macron pledged to give Ukraine retired French Mirage-2000 fighter jets and also promised to train a Brigade of Ukrainian troops in France. This will be in addition to the F-16 jets that Ukraine is already going to receive from other NATO nations. Right after Macron vowed to give Ukraine the fighter jets, Putin launched the second phase of nuclear drills involving Belarus. Putin also warned NATO that if any of their troops get deployed in Ukraine then it will lead to World War 3.

And then they wanted Russia only warm water port, which is Crimea. Russia acted to protect it's national interest and to keep NATO from it's western flank. Ukraine's topography allows a straight shot along the plains into Moscow. That's a no go for Putin. He had warned Bush not to try it and Bush listened. He tried Putin in Georgia and Russia reacted forcefully and Georgia lost Ossetia. They didn't understand the math and tried Russia in Ukraine and Russia showed them they aren't bluffing.
The next thing on the agenda is China and Taiwan. When Russia finishes up in Ukraine, the Dragon has some business with it's wayward children in Taiwan. It's a family dispute that China wants settled. As for sanctions, with the formation of BRICS, Russia, like China, doesn't care. They are banking on the rest of the world being tired of bullying by the West and it looks like they are right.
