I like how the host present the video!✔ He dressed formal and well-mannered when presenting and also I like how he and the camera man coordinate with each other when filming .I watch other houses tours but this video is well presented they include mentioning what places convenience to the owners . I also like this house, it has a lot of extras included already but I hope there's an extra bathroom outside for the guests who will not use the room to sleep. Hmmm For me I can just have one large garden and a pool on the side. Anyone here likes the kitchen separated on the house ? 😊

Well designed! I would make the dining space as a family, entertainment area . And make the space close to the kitchen as the dining area. The third bedroom can be a guest room. The 4th bedroom is my favorite maybe to be an office, blogging area. Btw, is there drainage for rainwater in that small garden area in front of the living room space? I would also redo the wall in front of the house to give the house a curb appeal.

Remove the peninsula and build an island instead, that will give you a true open concept. No powder room? Don't expect the guests to go inside one of the bedrooms to use the toilet. At least make one of the bathrooms accessible to guests without going to the bedrooms. If you have a huge MBR, you should have a separate private toilet. I wonder why the sinks and the toilet bowls are opposite to each other (except for one bathroom). I would use the dining room as tv or family room but maybe make it a little smaller. Make a formal dining room in-between the formal living room and kitchen. If you have an island in the kitchen instead of a peninsula, you can use it as a breakfast area also. I like the small courtyard, perfect for coffee or teatime. I would commission someone to paint a mural in one of the walls of the courtyard!Beautiful house.
