Have a Yellow Pointing Lab. She will be 12 in May. She stole my heart when I took her hunting for the first time at 5 months old. I would love to tell the full full story. The first day out she retrieved 2 ducks. Later pheasants became part oF the story. Bottom line, she was a wild girl as a pup and still full of energy today. Gotta love our Labs the way they love us.
Those Olights are quality. They seem to have a light for any need. Best part is the batteries are super decent and last long between charges. The LED bulbs are HIGH quality as well. Way better than Mag-Lite brands. Worth looking into and yes, priced up there however, the quality is there, you can feel it, the switch is decent, the colors, the belt/pocket clips, many styles etc.

It doesn’t go to the back you lock it in front and slide to the trigger gaurd. They work well
