Bought this exact one last year.. and my slash sig les paul has come out of the case maybe 5 times in the year. Easily one of the best guitars you can buy. Highly recommend them..

Hi, do the switching positions 2 and 4 have the same volume like the others, or ist there a massive difference?
Töfte Töfteson there is a difference but very small. I use a compressor though which helps this along. 👍
@@TheGuitarCoach Thanks for the answer! I think about swapping out my pickups for the DiMarzio Transitions and do the same wiring.
@@TheGuitarCoach There are 2 tone pot adjustments in the back. one for the amount of boost, and one that compresses the single coil level which allows you to level out the volume drop when going to single coil
@@michaelaugust3626 hey, i bought a L3 last week. I tried the mini trimpots on the booster. Position 2 and 4 can be much louder than the Rest, of you want! 😁
How would you compare this to a prs ce 24
I've got the 2020 version of this with the EBMM pickups, personally I think it's the best production guitar on the market. You can't go wrong with a PRS though, beautifully made. For me though I love that the Liii necks are quite narrow, so whilst utterly unhelpful you're best off trying them next to each other as they'll be pretty different in the hand
Mine came out of the case in tune too 😂 shipped to ireland from andertons in the u.k.
I love my Luke III.. I've went a couple of gigs and practices without tuning up.. amazing considering no locking nuts and bridge. Best guitar I've ever played too.
I have the less expensive Hazelburst Sterling version, and it is excellent
