    This is my first flight sim since FS2004. I’ve been away from it a while. Your tutorial helped me a great deal, thank you.

    Thanks @Atif for sharing this great tutorial. After an absence from MSFS of more than a decade I could learn very much from this video. Especially I like your clear, detailled explanations of the G1000 subsystems.

    This is by far the best explanation to make your first Cessna flight. I have seen so many videos about this, but never as good and detailed as this one. I bought this game for my sons 8th brithday. Now i have the knowledge to help him around. Thank you so very much sir. ❤ we will be following your channel.

    A question. Are using left and right brake at the same time after landing? Couse my cessna is not stopping whwn i land. I dont kniw if im using the wrong "brakes" got button assigned for right and left axle.

    • @aatifahmad

      Don’t use the left or right brake. In the control settings look for Brakes and assign a control to it

    The autopilot in the Cessna does not fly automatically after the waypoint. Why does the course have to be entered manually?

    • @DomikiTv

      @Lanen8210 Yes, I also noticed that the autopilot doesn’t follow the route automatically. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but it’s probably that the planes don’t work properly. Thank you very much for your response!

    GREAT TUTORIAL!!! very timely. It's been a while since I've flown the Skyhawk 172. I feel like I need to get used to it to even begin thinking about career mode. On my first small flight, the GPS never turned into the second segment. I don't remember this happening to me in 2020 app. I'm thinking it was just a glitch. It was in GPS mode and everything and the white line looked correct and the next weigh point was correct. Just kept going in the direction of the first segment. weird.
    I don't know the G1000 very well. Is there a simple way to just knob down to the next leg and then hit the direct button? would that do the trick. (even after I used heading mode, I couldn't get it to go onto the next leg once I was on top of the next segment line.)

    • @aatifahmad

      Thank you very much for watching the video and your comment. What I have understood from your explanation that the FMS is not following the flight plan at all. Kindly correct me if I am wrong

    • @stvcolwill

      @@aatifahmad Sorry. It does list it in the magenta (like next point with time on the PFD). just didn't turn after the first leg. I'll check the FPL knob which I never saw before to see that everything is listed correctly and go from there. thanks.

      What was your CDI mode and was OBS active on the PFD?

    • @stvcolwill

      @@aatifahmad I try to stay away from OBS as I dont know very much about it. the CDI was in GPS. and showing GPS with the magenta lines in the center of my display

    • @aatifahmad

      @stvcolwill actually this issue happens when OBS is on. You can provide me your flight plan and I will try it myself. Maybe issue with flight planning tool
