I wear that concealer all the time! It's the bomb. I like it better than my shape tape. I work 13hr shifts as a nurse in a busy ER and the shape tape gets splotchy and the elf one doesn't!
Do you have a foundation recommendation for nurses? Its hard to find an affordable one that doesnt break down

I was thinking that. I'm a brown person, and I'm fairly pale for a person of colour, but if I had to use this concealer I'd have to get one of the tan shades when I usually get light-medium shades in other makeup brands

They oxidize, so they look meduim but they are more like tan shades, be careful when picking your shade , don't let the shade names fool you!!
I have a fair/light tone and I end up using a medium shade of that concealer 🤧
Hey! I bought elf camo concealer and I used the online shade matching on their website. The colour I got matched with is tan walnut and when I saw the bottle it looked soooo light for me. When I swatched it though it dried down 2.5 shades darker. It ended up being a perfect match. It looks light but they all dry down darker.
For someone that is extremely fair... it’s actually super nice. I got the shade fair warm and it’s ACTUALLY fair on me. This is the first concealer that actually works on my skin tone. I can have my under eyes lighter for once! So I’m pumped about it! And it’s $3 where I got it and it works better than Tarte Shape Tape. So that’s my take on it I guess....😬😅😋

I've been trying for a while and I love it! It's not drying, it covers, it's thin and it's long lasting. It doesn't crease and personally it is going to replace tarte shape tape. Really really impressed with it! Have a great Valentine's day 💘
People say the shade range sucks, I'm excited that a drugstore brand has actually brought out very pale concealers. Only revolution has very pale concealers but I hate the formula. Hoping I will like this!

The new L’Oréal infallible concealer is a pure dupe for shape tape in every way, but less drying! Highly recommend
Hannah Leanne its not really a dupe then, for oily skin the drying part is needed.
For someone who is oily the loreal is a goood dupe! the summer might be different but for the winter i prefer the infallible concealer! i mix them & 👍🏼👌🏼

Anyone else here despise Shape Tape? did NOT work for me. So dry under the eyes. nope

I have oily skin and hated it. It felt terrible under the eyes and made me look older. Very overrated stuff
Yea it’s a big ole honkin NO for me. And I moisturize and I am not dry. But I am 50 and don’t have perfect skin. Makes my undereye skin look like a crumpled up paper bag. It’s meant for 20-somethings who can put powder under their eyes. I can’t. It’s awful on me.
Yes!! I so can't understand the hype!!! I definitely have found cheaper and actually better IMO options for my skin type and what I want/need from a concealer!!! It's the beauty of makeup and everyone being different cause not everything that works for you will work for everyone else!!! Definitely a personal preference kinda thing!!!

I really love this concealer! The colors are really light “Medium Peach” is basically a light fair shade 😬 but I’m going to go grab some Tan shades - hopefully those will be dark enough.
I really appreciate how you do all day wear tests. I don't like super matte concealers, but I'm still on the look out for a full coverage concealer that doesn't make me look mask-like!
TheYNirvana I’m sure you have, but if you haven’t tried the Too Faced Born This Way Sculpting Concealer, I highly recommend it. I can’t wear matt base products and that one is really nice. It has really good coverage 😊
@@MellieDarcy I've never tried any of Too Faced products! I might have to give it a go. I'm using Bare Minerals serum concealer which is absolutely beautiful, but sometimes I want something with a bit more coverage :)

Thank you for actually doing more than just smacking it on ya face and saying ok done. Knowing how it wears helps me alot i have combo skin with oily yet dry patch and wrinklyish natural under eyes so i like to see how it goes throughout the day and not just color in tube and application but that it oxidizes and how you gave honest opinion!! But also for 5 bucks it could still be worked with so long as it doesn't make me too patchy or dry ick lol

I saw the concealer for the first time yesterday and I was debating on whether or not to try it, so thank you so much! Super helpful!! You got me hooked on the Physicians Formula Healthy Foundation so about to give this a try
She also got me hooked on that foundation! It's so wonderful and cheaper than urban decay which is what I used to use 👍

OMG, I always have to use a combination of foundations. I have never found a foundation that really matches my skin color. I'm really following you. Also, please talk about foundations for oily skin. I did experience the patchy spots in the ELF concealer. Although, I'm learning how to use concealer I believe I have to use it more to really come up with a conclusion.
Not gonna lie I was excited to see how light the light shades went because I'm everyones "fair" during the summer months after I "tanned". However I feel bad for the normal person with those medium and tan shades.
I vary so much between summer and winter. My concealer in summer is darker than my winter skin tone. It's honestly so weird. But still, I use the medium beige shade in the camo concealer, but then in winter I use the HD concealer.

The MU Revolution concealer is way thinner and has less coverage if that's the one you mean
The revolution shade range is completely terrible, all cool tones leaning on the pink side!
I love the makeup revolution concealer in c5. Not too dark or light but has enough peach to cancel under eye darkness for me. It's more medium coverage. I do really like the elf tho bc it's really full coverage.. but medium peach is more a light peach..if any peach.. medium sand is more yellow tone but to me more on the lighter spectrum

Did not oxidize on me maybe skin differences idk and for me personally it wore just as long as my tarte shape tape would. For me tarte is more drying than the elf.

It is a good concealer very similar to shape tape.... I do like it I have had any issues with it the shape tape is better but not by much for my skin at least
Can you try their other new one if it's out? the flawless finish one? I have super dry skin so I think this will be too try (most are) but the flawless finish one is supposed to be more hydrating! 😊
There's a new Loreal concealer out that has replaced Shape Tape for me. Have you seen it? It's the same giant applicator and I actually think it has a smoother consistency and the tube cleans off the wand so much better and wears strong as armor!

I bought this today in medium peach. The girl at the E.L.F. store told me it does oxidize a bit. But I figure if I dont like I am only out 5 dollars which is cheaper than most drug store brands tbh.

(This was obviously a PR package lmao) I was so excited when I found you on TH-cam thinking you’d have a lot of make up that was easily available in Canada, but I can never seem to find some of the products you have on your channel that I always think would be easily available (like some Wet n Wild and Elf) - Out of curiosity, do you shop locally (and if so, where?) or do you buy a lot of product online/ go across the border to purchase?
