Same here. I'd been circling Treviso looking for the merchant - I was aware the market stalls had become hospitals, but I had also forgotten where the Crow merchant had been in the first place.

Thank you! I can rest my mind at ease and save Treviso now! Some trophy guides stated that i needed to save Dock Town to get the Platinum Trophy

For some reason I don't have the option to sell valuables to any of the Wisp stores

There's only that one that's the same faction style. You have to do the one in the back that matches the merchant icon location on the map. The others only sell stuff to you.

Looks like i saw one at the Veil Jumper's Camp Merchant in Arlathan Forest and the treasure chest at Cliff Wolf Temple in that starting quest with Bellara. Beyond that i'm not playing the rogue file any more so i don't know.

I discovered all the chests in all the cities and my Storm needle is still purple

This is part of an update/patch? Im playing a non patched version and cant sell item :(

Idk if it's part of a patch or not but others have noted not being able to sell. I wonder if it is the patch that changes it. ??

Does it still upgrade the shop when you max the level ?

For this shop with the wisp, i didn't see any level up opportunity. Just the ability to get strength when you sell valuables here.

I max out Shadow Dragon Reputation but still rank 1. Can you still get best ending ? I just got item from side quest called Regret of Dread Wolf.
