Lost Echo Lake is amazing! Great place to start your journey. The first time I was there I was shocked that little campground existed. Have you guys been up to Clarence-Steepbank? Views from the Esker are amazing. I've never been able to figure out why they allow 4x4 trucks and Jeeps on that trail, but not ATV's. Odd rule indeed. I've been on all the trails in this video up to 16:44 , but only on ATV (except for the Esker trail of course - lol - ATV's not allowed). I loved seeing the Jeeps getting through some of those tighter spots with the bridges and alongside the Torch River. We actually did that section of trail from the Horseshoe Bend Shelter south to the old shelter area at 16:44 for the first time this year, 2023 (video still to be released). That crossing at WhiteFox River at the end was cool! Thanx for taking us along!
That was a really great trip, nothing difficult but very scenic. I love doing those kinds of trips in the fall. We have not been up to the Clarence-Steepbank area, I heard it’s nice up there.

Gorgeous area, much wildlife around there that time of year?
We didn’t see much on this trip but yes lots of wildlife.
