Yep, bought a 95 YZ 250 that had been partially torn down and put in a couple of boxes and did a total rebuild. It's like putting a puzzle back together. Solve one problem, two more take its place, eventually you run out of problems and it finally works. @@dirtniron

Congrats bud! Gotta love the excitement in your face. I too send a quick prayer up to the big man in charge before a big moment like a first start, cant go wrong there. God has been gracious to me with everything i have today, i have my bike i have now because of him. I prayed for a long time that if he would allow it that i would find a good deal on one. Now it wasnt anything near a walk in the park, i worked my rear off to afford the bike and it wasnt anything fancy. It was an 02 TTR125L, but i believe he done that to keep me humble and not be ungrateful. He knew i would want better but he gave me the start i needed and left the rest up to me. I traded the ttr off for a beat cr85rb that needed so many parts it was ridiculous. I showed up at the guys house and he said oh by the way i have the motor apart so its easier for you to fix, never said anything about it until i got there. There were parts missing but i pushed on and got everything that i had put on the motor and after a month or so i finally fired it up and took it for its first ride after having it for almost two months. It locked up. So i pushed it back home and i said another prayer for help and guidance, with something as dumb as a dirtbike he still heard me and helped. A few days later my buddy come over with his friend who was named jacob(my name also lol) coincidentally. He saw the cr and asked me how much i wanted for it and i told him i didnt want money just something to ride and he told me he had a kdx200 that he bought from a guy in virginia and he put a brand new top end on it and never rode it. He has a crf450r that has a 482 big bore kit on it so a kdx200 just wouldnt compare to power so i asked him and he said let me sleep on it. A few days or maybe a week later i shook his hand on a trade for the cr and a night vision monocular. After 2 years i turned my 02 ttr125L into a 1996 kdx200, i still have the kdx 2 years later and i love it so much. It is what i am currently waiting to order parts for. Never ever think something is too dumb or too silly for god to help, the bible does say speak it and it shall be and say that which isnt as if it is. Gods got your back as long as you stay humble.

Speaking of seizing, I always use anti-seize (Permatex) on new spark plugs going into aluminum heads. Sure beats the alternative. Love the bike / build BTW

That’s such a good feeling when it comes alive after a build! Congratulations. Check the coolant level again, it may go down after circulating through the system. Also if you and ( Vegas) Romaniac go riding together you should make a video of that and post it up.

This might be a silly question. Is the right hand side of the tank designed to let fuel flow easily across to the left hand side? Do you think being 2 stroke that oil may settle at the bottom of the side without the petcock valve?
@@dirtniron My '03 KTM 250 four stoke also has a bleed screw near the head that also needs bleeding, guess your 2 stroke does not have one. Wishing you more success. Thanks

You seem to be European as me ! :) Why part 19 is missing, as I'm working on a ktm 300 exc 2010(full restoration and supermoto conversion), similar bike, only diff engine design. The rewiring part I kinda didn't pay atention, and no good pictures taken....can't find nothing online, only wiring diagrams. All the bike was done by me bth :) Good job with the project, came amazing !!! Thank you George Puscasu

in my experience with the on/off for fuel you should turn it 180 degrees, a bit less chance to hit it when u fall :D
