Stormy Kara revives traditional Cook Island tatau

The Ei Paruru - Ipu Tupuna is a traditional tattoo worn by Cook Island women around their neck and chest area, a tradition Stormy Kara began to revive in 2019. Regan Paranihi caught up with the tattoo practitioner to find out more about this traditional practice.
