@JayDO5 if they're 2 dgws, some of the chips you have will be used in a sgw. So you have to decide which one you'll use in a sgw. For example, i have no haaland and planned a fh for gw2 before the season started. Tc is definitely viable this gw, especially if you think the mystery chip will be good.

Despite the sending off affecting Murphy and Isak and garnacho not starting, Nkunku being withdrawn early, the start I had was still 61 points. No Knee jerk reactions - i'm sticking to the plan. I still have 3 good defenders and three good strikers. plus saka. 1 GW is not enough to change the plan. My plan is to TC Haaland this week. Even a brace from him will give me a good return. wildcard after GW 3 and save the 5 transfers for GW 6. GW 3 is not far away and a good weekend for my attacking players could see a big haul. Selling Nkunku after 1 GW would be very silly. I brought him in for a reason so we have to see how he does. GW 4 is the time to make the changes after the window closes and we know who is not a good asset. No panicking from me yet!
The problem with Kyle Walker in the shadow and how easily Gvardiol can switch to Lewis role on the left side makes it difficult to how City gonna approach each game. Ispwich also seem to be stronger on their left side, with the entire right sided players subbed out by the end of the Liverpool game.
I think Quansah will be liverpool first option ! Slot said he subbed him off because he lost to many duals to an agressive team like ipswich but what he didn't mention he had won a lot of duals too so against a team less aggressive like brendford i think he'll start again this GW 😅
I have just watched 2 video's of Haaland owning youtubers, who both claimed that the Salah captaincy and Isak blank were the main factor in this GW, and that if that went different the picture would have been different. I have Salah, but captained Isak and still got 77 points. It wasn't just Salah captain that made the difference, not having Haaland allowed me Havertz, Jota and 3 premium defenders. I feel like that is still under valued, even after GW 1. I know the Haaland teams will get back (some of) those points in GW2, but am confident that my team will do better over the first 6 GW's because it is so diversified and has so much point potential.

@@son_of_whyachi9678 arsenal get a few bad fixtures now, especially for defense. That is the reason I didn't start with Arsenal defence. But they are very good, so maybe they will still keep a few cs. City rotation is always a worry, but Gvardiol is one of their best defenders, and they only play once a week now. But that is another worry when CL starts. I wanted to start with Watkins, but luckily his lack of pre season put me off. I am not sure if there are any other good attacking options, and I don't really have a place in my current team for different attackers. Liverpool, Newcastle and Arsenal are good atm, Eze is good too, and I need to give Solanke another chance. Maybe Nkunku if he is a problem going forward, but he is my bench player anyway.
My only issue with haaland TC is no Rodri and de bruyne not playing well. You have to remember that it’s a team sport and if city isn’t balanced and sharp, the service into Haaland won’t be a lot.
Truthfully, there are people saying that a TC this GW is not really ideal. If you deep it, theres no other team but Ipswich in the newly promoted teams that can be pumped heavily by city. Leicester and Sthhampton have previously given us a headache. Ipswich at home. Im fully bought into TC Haaland

@@ikn02 it is not even certain that Haaland gets a double, and it could be 2 difficult teams. But Haaland is not the only TC option. For example, I would prefer TC for Salah against AVL (H) and BOU (A) over Haaland against Ipswich, or Saka against SOU (H) and CRY (H). There is a good chance there will be at least 1 good double to do it, and I am willing to wait for that. Ultimately the TC is a limited impact chip, if you get a 10 point advantage over your competitors you did very well.

I swapped Watkins for Havertz. I don’t necessarily think there’s a big difference over the long term. But the first game gave me huge confidence in Havertz, and making the swap now before a price rise gives me an extra £1.0m instead of waiting for GW6. It will help me bolster my midfield or give me options if Pedro Porro’s injury is worse than it seems.
Price rises go with .1 at the time, not 1.0. and it won't matter if he rises .1, only when he rises .2 he will get you an additional .1 when you sell him.
