This is very helpful. Lots of videos out there talk about doing an offering but just assume you'll know what that is and what it looks like. It would also help to talk about what to do with the food/drink after, and how.

After the offering you can dispose the remains in nature, return it to the earth. If you live in the city a Park will do.

I am a beginner from far east in Asia, I am hardly to access any knowledge of this faith, and the community is nowhere to be found here. I really appreciate your videos. And...I do have some questions. Like...I don't know when is proper to pray and offer. Do I do it everyday? And...is a book a good offering? Seems in Havamal, the Allfather advice us to have less alcohol, and we all know his sacrifice for knowledge and wisdom, I thought a book just might be a good offering. Is it ok to offer a book? And...what is the thing I offer after I done offering? Do I...take it back? If I offer alcohol, is it ok I drink it after offering?

It's been about five months, so hopefully you've figured something out. I personally took a page from Judaism and the way they handle their offerings they will burn their offerings, but if they can't will simply double bag the offering and throw it away as normal.
That's typically what I'll do, just double bag and toss.
