Enes also has a really good detailed tour of this one. The night time views are amazing.

Yes I actually watched it before visiting the house myself and filming this walk through. He did a great job as always. Most the homes we have posted on our channel have been filmed by Enes also. Seeing these properties in real life is such a privilege.

My favorite home in all of the Bird Streets..... actually in all of L.A!
My not so favorite part of the house...... the asking price 😁😁

Good job, for the record, this house is in the Hollywood Hills 😊

Thanks for Watching. The house is in the 90069 Zip Code which is West Hollywood. Though it is in the hills. 👍

It's in the Bird Streets to be specific.

why does your aerial view map look like GTA1?

These "aerial views" aren't drone videos, they're taken from Google Earth Studio. So this would be a questions for Google and how often they scan the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, etc.

These Luxury Los-Angeles Homes tend to start their price higher up depending in what the developer feels is achievable and if they don't get the intrest anticipated they lower the price

Although i kinda understand why it was priced like that a year ago but still no home in the Bird Streets has been sold in the 40 range or higher but this house has the potential to do make it happen but i feel that it will be sold in the lower 40's.
