It's a line that Cogsworth throws out there to distract Belle. Its in the background as she's heading to the West Wing. If you're not listening closely, you might miss it... (can you tell that I've seen that movie WAYYYY too much).
Oh my gosh the highlight of this was seeing what you got from Rouses!! When we lived in Louisiana we went there all the time! We pronounced it like Rooses though lol I’m not sure which way is right but that’s how we said it when we lived there. That was such a trip down memory lane!
