Menendez trial focused on business of halal meat

The federal corruption trial of U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) kicked off its second week on Monday with further focus on the business of halal meat and the only American company approved to certify meat exports to Egypt. Prosecutors allege it was due to Menendez's improper influence.
