That would make a good video. I always try to answer my phone when it rings. The faster you put people on the calendar the more jobs you’ll land. We have a system of sticky notes on a big calendar. Its a teamwork between the two of us. It’s a bit old school but it works for us. Thanks for watching the videos and yes, JoJo is so sweet.

Has anyone done a hoarder house? I have my first level 4 hoarder. 1,906 sqft house. The entire house is hoarded. If you scatter everything on the floor it will cover the entire house 2 to 3 feet high in the entire 1906sqft. Any info will help on pricing. I'm already aware of PPE need. We aren't doing any cleaning, just getting rid of the junk.
Find the cubic yards for the junk in the house and divide by your cubic yard trailer and then multiply by your full load price and then add hourly labor and hazard pay.

What would you do if you just found out that a junk removal business is forbidden by your city because the garbage company has an exclusive contract with the city?
Surprisingly this isn't the first time I've heard this in the last 24 hours. The city of Richmond, Ca also said this. They also stated that to pick up any (junk) in any city that you would need to have a business license for each city. I told them if a plumber was called in to fix a leaky faucet in a neighboring city that he wouldn't need a separate business license for that job. That analogy definitely flew over their head. Luckily I'm in an Unincorporated area and have to deal directly with the County

I started with the same size trailer just put some nice wood walls on it and if a big job comes in you can always rent a dumpster.. get that money! 💪

We say we are open 24/7. But most of our work is done between 8:30 and 3:00.
