  • Closing arguments in the Ahmaud Arbery death trial begin Monday.
Arbery was shot and killed on Feb. 23, 2020. Cellphone video leaked to the public shows two armed white men in a truck approaching the 25-year-old Black man as he runs down the road. One of the men, later identified as Travis McMichael, and Arbery struggle over McMichael's shotgun before Arbery is shot and collapses.
Travis McMichael, his father Gregory McMichael and William "Roddy" Bryan, who recorded the video, are all charged with murder in Arbery's death.

I honestly believe that this lawyer was trollin this whole trial. It was very entertaining comedy for me when he made comments about the black pastors in the court & when he delayed the lunch recesses 9 times to ask for a mistrial. Lmao! He's a comedian & a troll.
And he proved he's a trollin lawyer because he got many people angry by his comments.
Here's some of Trollin Lawyer Kevin Goughs greatest hits:
"Well I just wanna know how many pastors does the Arbery family have?"
"Doesn't the Arbery family have any white pastors?"
"Your honor. Having all these high profile people like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, etc in the court room is meant to affect the jury. Who's gonna walk in here next? Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington?"
"Your honor the court gallery isn't meant to be a hangout for all these famous people. The court gallery isn't like having front row seats at a Lakers game"
LMAO!!!! And there's so many more! U could make a comedy CD of that lawyers statements

Their lives seem to be defined by their fear of the last person of color they either encountered or heard about secondhand from one of their equally paranoid neighbors. They all seem to brandish firearms habitually out of fear that "you never know what you'll face out that front door"...and while that may be technically true, what the hell are they talking about? They live on waterfront property with a bunch of other paranoid bumpkins....nothing is going to happen to you in this neighborhood except the ongoing risk that one of the armed morons does something incredibly stupid.

Gough questioned Bryant's intelligence from the onset of all of this. Remember that interview he did with Chris como on CNN. He basically said his client is an uneducated unintelligent hick from the south. Which actually isn't far from the truth based on his actions that day. Involving himself in a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with him, that resulted in the death of a young man, all because he was black and not where they thought he should be. Yes Bryant may not be the sharpest tool in the shed. But his racism trump all of that. Took any sense of rational thinking away at the moment he chose to become a co conspirator to murder....
