There are many things about this case that CNN is not reporting about this shooting. The fact that Ahmaud Arbery was supposedly "jogging" 16 miles from his own neighborhood, across two rivers and two bridges, and multiple highways just to get to that very small neighborhood is a huge question I'd like answered. He lives less than 1 mile from a brand-new high school track, where he knows the football coach personally. A football coach who thinks the very best of him and would allow him access to that track. Not to mention that also across from his neighborhood there is a college with a very well maintained public access jogging/running track and also a well maintained cross country jogging/running trial with a beautiful view of a lake. He didn't know anyone in that neighborhood and it made no sense for him to be so far away from his home just to jog in that neighborhood. There is more than meets the eye to this whole situation.

It is sad because some people are justifying his killing because another surveillance footage shows that he went snooping in a building under construction. When my house was being built, I would drive by the construction site in the evening after work, park my car, and just go look at the progress. Should I have been nervous that people will wonder what a woman of color is doing in such a nice neighborhood looking at construction? Most times I went there, I was dressed down. Yes the investigation is underway. They've already uncovered the criminal record of the guy that was supposedly jogging. They've uncovered the other evidence that he was actually trespassing on a piece of property, possibly burglarizing it. He was also convicted of bringing a gun to a high school. And then these guys saw him running through their neighborhood and tried to stop him because they saw him trespassing on a piece of property that wasn't his, and then he tried to sprint away, and when they caught up with him the guy attacked them. Unless you have some kind of special camera or video editing equipment there is no definitive proof that man entering the house was the jogger. Also was anything taken from that house? Did the homeowner report a theft? Furthermore, let's play devils advocate. Let's say the jogger is Ahmaud and lets say he actually did steal something. Two wrongs don't make a right. Where in the court of law gives two Armed civilians the right to shoot a man running. The two armed men should have at the least tag teamed to hold the black boy down, while calling the police for further investigation. There are many things about this case that CNN is not reporting about this shooting. The fact that Ahmaud Arbery was supposedly "jogging" 16 miles from his own neighborhood, across two rivers and two bridges, and multiple highways just to get to that very small neighborhood is a huge question I'd like answered. He lives less than 1 mile from a brand-new high school track, where he knows the football coach personally. A football coach who thinks the very best of him and would allow him access to that track. Not to mention that also across from his neighborhood there is a college with a very well maintained public access jogging/running track and also a well maintained cross country jogging/running trial with a beautiful view of a lake. He didn't know anyone in that neighborhood and it made no sense for him to be so far away from his home just to jog in that neighborhood. There is more than meets the eye to this whole situation.

It is sad because some people are justifying his killing because another surveillance footage shows that he went snooping in a building under construction. When my house was being built, I would drive by the construction site in the evening after work, park my car, and just go look at the progress. Should I have been nervous that people will wonder what a woman of color is doing in such a nice neighborhood looking at construction? Most times I went there, I was dressed down. People regardless of race or social class should not have to worry about getting shot while being unarmed and not a threat to others.

There are many things about this case that CNN is not reporting about this shooting. The fact that Ahmaud Arbery was supposedly "jogging" 16 miles from his own neighborhood, across two rivers and two bridges, and multiple highways just to get to that very small neighborhood is a huge question I'd like answered. He lives less than 1 mile from a brand-new high school track, where he knows the football coach personally. A football coach who thinks the very best of him and would allow him access to that track. Not to mention that also across from his neighborhood there is a college with a very well maintained public access jogging/running track and also a well maintained cross country jogging/running trial with a beautiful view of a lake. He didn't know anyone in that neighborhood and it made no sense for him to be so far away from his home just to jog in that neighborhood. There is more than meets the eye to this whole situation.

Yes the investigation is underway. They've already uncovered the criminal record of the guy that was supposedly jogging. They've uncovered the other evidence that he was actually trespassing on a piece of property, possibly burglarizing it. He was also convicted of bringing a gun to a high school. And then these guys saw him running through their neighborhood and tried to stop him because they saw him trespassing on a piece of property that wasn't his, and then he tried to sprint away, and when they caught up with him the guy attacked them. It's pretty cut-and-dry and pretty simple. You're a lynch mob, a racist lynch mob.

I have done the same multiple times out of curiosity. Besides, it is all irrelevant. You don't have the right to kill someone because you suspect them of burglary. Unless you have some kind of special camera or video editing equipment there is no definitive proof that man entering the house was the jogger. Also was anything taken from that house? Did the homeowner report a theft? Furthermore, let's play devils advocate. Let's say the jogger is Ahmaud and lets say he actually did steal something. Two wrongs don't make a right. Where in the court of law gives two Armed civilians the right to shoot a man running. The two armed men should have at the least tag teamed to hold the black boy down, while calling the police for further investigation. Would u have shot the boy? with the evidence you have in the tape? If so, something is seriously wrong in your brain.

Jaefar SABNW no it shows they pointed a weapon at an unarmed civilian and chased him down and tried to stop him from doing what he was doing. And he assaulted them in self defense and they shot him in the chest and head several times with a 12 gauge and .357 Revolver. Uhhh no. Take race out of the equation. If someone is not on your property or fleeing it is against the law to try to restrain them or confront and point weapons, make threats, and kill them.

Apparently you people don't even know what a lynching is. A lynching is when a group or a mob takes a hold of someone and hangs them. It's not when someone who is fleeing the scene of a crime. Someone who just got through breaking into a house that was under construction, who has a criminal history and is on probation for burglary and a weapons charge. Attacks a former police officer who was on the phone with 911 giving police his location. A lynching is not when someone chases a pickup truck down the road gets them to stop and then attacks the driver and tries to take their weapon away from them. While hitting them in the face. But he knew this guy was a former police officer because this guy had arrested him before. He wanted to get him because he knew he was violating his parole. Why aren't you people smart enough to realize what the media is doing? They have footage of him in a home under construction but they only show you three seconds of a 4 minute video. And no one finds that peculiar? They have multiple videos of him chasing the truck and getting shot but they only want to show you the shaky footage and they want to edit it to where you just see them fighting over a gun. They don't want you to know he was yelling and throwing things at the truck and chasing it down the street. They don't want you to know that he was trying to take the gun away from the former cop and was hitting him in the face repeatedly with his fist. They want to show you pictures of him as a clean-cut young boy that are 10 years old so you will feel sorry for him. They want to spoon feed you a narrative about how he was small and two big men attacked him and killed him even though the video shows he was bigger than the one guy he was fighting. The other guy was just in the truck and was not involved. They want to continually call this guy a jogger when that is complete bull shit. He was 10 miles away from home get you are expected to believe he broke into this house just to look around? You're expected to believe that after running that far he was not covered in sweat and his clothes were not all messed up? Has anyone else ever been on a run? Your clothes get sopping wet and it really shows on white t-shirts. And no one goes for a run while wearing khaki shorts and low-cut walking shoes. That's a good way to tear your feet up. So we are expected that this guy runs 20 miles a day because that's how far he would have to run when he is 10 miles away from home. And what about the video of him walking down the street, and then walking up to and breaking into the house. He sure doesn't look like he's jogging there.
