I think you got a really good deal on it. Crazy it even started, I thought anything under 90psi would not start at all. I bet even after the cost of parts you could flip this for a few thousand in profits.
It doesn’t have low compression. It has an automatic compression release on the cam so he would never get more than 75 psi. Not everyone is a mechanic lol

I agree, looks like a rebuild gone wrong and they decided it was too much trouble to tear it apart again
