You have done everything right. But I would suggest you to use a steel container and wash everything with petrol.
Yup...actually i did it later on...it is difficult to shoot and to clean at the same time..as i am the only person to do both this shooting and cleaning work...no extra hands 😅 wo can help me. Thats why i had to shoot like that.

There are 2 fuel pipe connection in the carburetor. One on the tps sensor side, other on the throttle cable side. Can you please tell me where the throttle cable fuel pipe was connected?
It has to be kept as it is, near the air filter. It is the air vent pipe.
Bro, plz dont add music to ur videos. It is VERY annoying and distracting. Ur video is very good and informative apart from that but its hard to understand whats happening sometimes cz of the music.

Hello, my Gixxer 150 carb does not start in first crank when cold. It takes 3 cranks to start. It can start easily if i apply throttle. Hot condition it starts easily.
ASC said to replace carb. Any other solution?
Usually It happens when you shut the fuel knob off. But it should not take 3 4 cranks. And the other thing is if it takes 3 to 4 cranks then check your fuel line which goes to the carb, there might be chances of some blockage. Clean the carb.
First try cleaning it... There might be a chance of blockage. Othe thing, check the air intake too. Fuel needs air to burn. Try everything possible. After that think for a new carb.
@@ASFreaks even with fuel knob on, this issue is there. ASC said something about fuel overflow. I'll watch your video and try to overhaul the carb at home

Mechanic se check karvaya to carburettor badal neko bolta hai
Koie jarurat nahi hai badalneki....adjust the screw properly... jerk de rahi hai yane ki properly adjust nai hua hai...aur rpm adjust karnek liye do option hai...carburetor pe hi ek screw hai waha se bhi adjust kar sakte ho aur handle bar ke yaha bhi ek adjuster hota hai waha se bhi kar sakte ho
