Great that you got the price down Tom and the place is looking good. Great idea with the toilet. I seen that done in new building going up when I was working in them. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋
That was a nice victory on the electrical service! And. yes, something always goes wrong when building something. But, you are moving along well. - Rick
Good morning Tom. Great job getting the power company to come around. The framed in walls are starting to make the building feel like a home.Things are coming along nicely. Really like the floor. Thanks for sharing the walk around. Enjoy your weekend, Ben 👋😎👍🍻
That’s good that you stood your ground and presented a good argument to the power company. The stairs do look a bit steep, but not bad unless you have a few beers lol. Yep, a functional toilet is a must 😁
Yeah, I was a little bummed about the steps, but there was a glitch on the building plans. No one caught the finish floor finish floor measurement was 12 inches off so thank goodness we were still able to make it work. 🤞🏻
I did actually look into that option but with the price of wire and the voltage drop 800 feet back. The size wire I needed was going to cost me $15,000 then I owned it at least this wire is 4160 primary are going to a transformer, I signed over a utility easement/right away to the power company and they assumed ownership of everything so if it fails in two years, it’s on them not me
Yeah, it’s definitely gonna help because everything else is way more expensive than I thought it was gonna be. I got a price of $40,000 for Duct Work and two furnaces. 😳
Good Evening Sir, I'm very happy about the electrical service win over them 😇👍Now that is a pretty private WC 🤣👍I like Your open space concept ( almost feel like a Cathedral Church !!! ) 🙏😇Keep Up Your OUTSTANDING Work Sir Cheers 😇💪🙏🍻🍻
Looking good Tom!
Thank you! Cheers!

That would have been super nice when I was building. You are 100% right.
Thanks 👍
Very nice!👍👍
Thank you 👍
Hello Tom! Your new house is looking super cool, my friend.
Thank you
Great job! Always need to question when thing seem off, with Big company's. Never know where the issue started.
Yeah, that’s for sure. Doesn’t hurt to stand up for yourself. 👍
Good word on the imperfections of the building process. Every trade likes to blame every other trade.
That’s for sure
Nice win Tom! Yeah kind of hard to justify the price if you have backup on past work and charges. It’s looking really good and will be a great space.
My thoughts exactly
Good for you, Tom! Persistence paid off. Your place is coming along nicely. It is going to be such a beautiful home!
Thanks guys. Hope you have a good weekend.
@@fatefarmspa You too!

Looks beautiful Tom. That was great news from the electric company, that's a lot of money back in the right pocket.
Honestly, I feel like they were just sick of hearing from me 🤷🏻♂️🤣.
@fatefarmspa you did the right thing, always look out for number 1

Thanks Ben. Have a good weekend.
Looking good. Gonna be nice for the guys to have an emergency toilet close by. Haha 😂
Good call!
Figured better put a toilet in so I can get more work done instead of people running into the woods 🤣

Well done getting the price down, major savings 💵. The patio is awesome 👍🏻
Thank you yeah hopefully I can sit on it and enjoy myself someday soon in the near future 🤣
Morning Tom , glad the power company came to their senses . The house is looking so good . 👍🏻🇺🇸
Thanks buddy yeah, it was awesome news for sure
Have them set a meter at the pole or on a post and trench the power yourself.

@@fatefarmspa you should be able to get triplex wire for 2k, to run 200amp, and 500 on an excavator
You are making quick progress on the project Tom. I am super thrilled you were able to work something out a bit better with power co.
