@@JerryBrownTravels Michael did reply. He is trying to connect with you. Apparently the number you provided doesn’t correspond to any of his listings Jerry. Once he connects with you, he said that he will get back to me 🙏🏼

I'm assuming that Jocotepec has less amenities than Ajijic, but it would be interesting to hear a comparison of the two towns. Thanks so much for the videos. I look forward to seeing every one.
I live in Jocotepec and if you are talking about fewer “amenities” meaning gringo stores and gathering places, yes. But, Joco is a larger town than Ajijic or even Chapala so there are plenty of doctors, dentists, veterinarians, stores and services.
That home you're showing those photos of are not yours, they're out of a real estate magazine that anybody can pick up, but still, I enjoyed the video.
Hiking is misspelled. Don't know if you can fix anything, just wanted to let you know as it's kind of a label. I have looked into Jocotepec before, and thought it looked plausible. Thank you for going there. :)
We are in our 70s and interested in fully furnished 1 to 2 bedroom condo that is top of the line in location and features. Can you describe availability? Thank you.
we are not real estate agents. I recommend you go onto Google search in the area. You would like information and check out the real estate agents in the rental agents in that area as an example go to Chapala real estate Google search.
It's like anywhere else. If you do drugs and want trouble you can find it. It's safe in mexico as safe as parts of America. Do your research on it. Why do people go to new Orleans when it's the 4th most unsafe place in the world by afraid of mexico. It's insane thinking
There is no way I would eat fish out of that lake or even get in. If you have any kind of cut it will get infected. I live in zapopan. I don't know why people live by that dirty lake. My home in America is lake texoma and that lake is so clean compared to this garbage lake. No way I would get in the water there.
Despite efforts to clean it up, heavy metals have settled on the bottom. Bottom-feeder fish will be contaminated. There is a very long river feeding the lake and riverside companies pollute the water. This is why you seldom see water sports that involve immersion.
yes please more sales on homes for under $100,000 u,s dollars. Gracias!
Another great video Jerry!
Glad you enjoyed it
I wrote to the realtor and mentioned you. Have yet to hear back. Very interested. Thanks for the videos.
Thank you for mentioning me. I hope you get a response.

You're right, Jocotepec is less developed than Ajijic. It's a good place to live if you want to live closer to the Mexican culture.

Was told the lake is totally polluted
Chapala is an active fish fishing lake local people catch the fish take it to market and eat it themselves.
