Too much trouble for little gain. Your vehicle is limited to how many gallons it can hold. You will NEVER allow your car to get to empty before you fill it. The maximum fuel capacity of your car will be 20 gallons at most. At 1000 fuel points ($1 off per gallon), you will ONLY save $20 at most. Too much trouble to penny pinch for only $20 max.
