Cyclone is a good ability but I'd much rather have sweep on my spear. Reason being I already get massive sustain from rapier flurry. I feel like cyclone is a good ability if you main spear. In my case I main rapier with spear being buffs/debuffs/utility.

Awesome vid!! Can I ask why you don’t use leeching cyclone? Cooldown is good. Heavy heals on mobs and 20 stam per target hit.
