Yes! That is an amazing feat beating the top players in the world, but I think that he should prepare for a match against China's Ding Laren. But "hey", anything is possible.
The US team is a f-cking disgrace. A third rate team like Uzbekistan should have gotten wiped out. I'd really like the US team to withdraw and go home before it embarrasses itself and the country any more than it already has.
Yes,Leko said he played vs him, and offered him a draw in an equal position. He ignorer Leko and moved. Haha, cool and just as Magnus fight till the bitter end. He will be a major force.

Very interesting game; so many opportunities to draw on one side, none taken up, but the win never looked at all certain. Thanks Agad, excellent analysis.
#suggestion Pechac vs. Korobov (round 4 of the Olympiad) I don't remember seeing a game by a Slovak player on this channel yet, and here Pechac just created a beautiful position and beat korobov, who is 100 points higher rated... The game is not about tactics, but pushing the advantage on the Q side (first sacked B for 2 Korobov's pawns, then sacked the exchange to deny Korobov doing the same... so basically he ended up down a rook, but with 2 beautiful passed pawns and there was nothing more to be done :))
Agad, kindly feature Zambia v Denmark from Round 2 FIDE Chess Olympiad. One of the most impressive and upsetting games at the Olympiad was FM Nase Lungu(white) of 🇿🇲 vs GM Martin Haubro (black) of Denmark 🇩🇰
If I had agadmator giving me a couple of seconds on my matches I would find the correct tactic every time. Sometimes it does make my day when I actually find the move
#suggestion GM Ivic Velimir from Serbia vs. IM Carlos Juárez from Guatemala. IM Juarez needs just to accomplish one more norm in order to become a GM which would effectively make him the very first Guatemalan GM in the history of chess!!!
Those candidate losses really hurted him. Even Hikaru said that if Magnus had confessed in the start of the candidates that he wasn't gonna play, then fabi wouldn't have taken too many risks in second half of candidates

You made three videos today and at all videos Medo was sleeping calmly from first to last which means he was already sleeping before and after making video. Which means he was sleeping for a long time. I hope he is ok 😌.
I just came from binging the Wesley vid where you said you would show Fabi's game if it went a certain way...and I hope it doesn't >.< Edit: oh no...it DID go that way

Fabi has been touted as always heavily prepared for his games. However, something appears to be lacking recently in many of them. Is his engine doing most of the work or his brain?
Fabi is one of the greatest calculators on the planet with a very hard-working style, and this has been attested to by multiple top chess players. If you think memorizing engine lines does "most of the work" for any top player, especially when the opening is usually within the first 10 moves, you are sorely mistaken. Do you think players just prep entire games lol?
He was not well prepared for his games even during his peak. He just prepared all the lines which Leela chess engine suggested. He is a person with no creativity, over hyped if u ask me.
@@internetbscop5364 I had actually come partway to this perspective, though I doubted myself. I was beginning to think it was just how he has been portrayed consistently, and maybe not himself. I haven't followed Fabi very long, maybe 6 months, but my impression was that he gets stumped during the midgame. I am hoping to see more wins on his part, knowing his endgames are strong. Thanks, __!

Abdu didn't saved the game for Uzbekistan rather Sam saved the game for USA. Basically US was in trouble against Uzbekistan rather than vice versa

Always tough to lose a match you controlled almost the whole time. Abdusattarov has tremendous nerve to hold on and wait for his opportunity.
Somehow people always forget that Nodirbek is actually a world champion.
