  • It does sound insane, unsustainable and unhealthy! Why would I even consider such an extreme way of life? Once you feel how amazing you can feel, you don't want to go back! Is it safe? Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I am linking MD and other channels below for you to do your own research. I share this because I am feeling like a 40 year old, maybe younger and I am nearly 67! No regular meds, no chronic illness, high energy, no aches...I still suffer headaches but that is about it.
If this sounds like something you would like to learn more about, check out the resources below.

What you are saying is 100% correct. I did carnivore last Xmas for a month or two, can’t recall, and once I acclimated, my arthritis was barely noticeable, completely amazing. I’m going to go back on it. I missed my veggies and stopped, but nothing feels better than being pain free. Thx for doing this and I have watched all of the people you shared and their stories are proof in the pudding! Thx for inspiring me to give it another go! Love and hugs, xoxo ❤

I feel you Liz. I am usually good until we go on a vacation or have people stay with us and one little taste opens my doors because like Kelly Hogan, I am a carb addict and getting back on is a long process for me. But oh my goodness that arthritis pain was unbelievable! Knowing I can make it disappear within about 5 days is truly amazing. I wish you the best my friend🥰

Debbie, I want to thank you so much for sharing this diet recently. My husband and I started it the next day and we are already seeing huge benefits. We both have so much more energy, we are stronger when working out, We both already lost the few pds we wanted to lose, my old knee injury is so much better, and we have zero brain fog. We are both loving this and don’t miss anything. I am praying and believing it’s going to heal the nerve pain in my head. I also can’t believe the world doesn’t know about this, but we know they want us sick so they can profit with meds and surgeries! I truly appreciate you and hope you and your hubby have a wonderful and blessed weekend ❤❤

Hi Debbie! I feel great when I do a water fast, as well as whenever I eliminate sugar. When I eliminate sugar, I won’t even eat a tic tac. I go all in.😊 I like to watch Dr. Berry as well, among others. My mom was on a needle for diabetes and a total of five other pills. Her endocrinologist was shocked that I had gotten her off of every medicine except one half of a pill for diabetes, through a proper diet. We would eat together, and she’d like to be finished eating by 3:30. Then, if she wanted a treat I’d give her one around 6:00. She’d sleep well. No indigestion. They actually complained that her sugar was getting too low and were worried that she’d fall. But, since she lived with me they felt better. Yes, apple cider vinegar is good for balancing the acid levels. I never grew up eating garlic so I really burp a lot after eating it. My dad wouldn’t let it in the house since it triggered him. When he was in the Korean War he told us that that’s how they could smell the enemy. Terrible. My husband is almost all Italian and he loves garlic. Yes, inflammation is a big deal. If I eat a lot of junk food I can sometimes feel a tight feeling in my hands. Pain is a spirit so I do rebuke it in the name of Jesus. It’s attitude as well. My history teacher in high school used to write the word “attitude” everyday on the chalk board. He’d have us say, “attitude - the way people think.” He was so fun. I took his class twice. Once as an elective. He would bring in his guitar and play American Pie by Don McClain and we’d all chime in. He made things fun.
But, he really stressed the attitude thing. Til this day I remember it. ❤️

I too have done Keto and Carnivore. I started Carnivore back in February of 2021. I lost 40 pounds in 5 months and then my dad passed away. I fell off and no matter knowing everything that you have described here and how good I felt on it, I have struggled ever since to get back on it.
I would love to go to dinner with you either in STL or Branson and discuss this topic. I am planning on joining you on August 19.

Cheri it is hard to get back on as with anything That is why I am suggesting just 10 days. Once you get that under your belt, it sticks. I hope this helps. Dinner, to be honest, there is no time when we are in st louis. We have family and have to fit everyone in. If you want to know more, a better resource are the people on youtube who are doctors and researchers.

I had never hear of it before either and had a very healthy distrust of how this could possibly be something good for you. It's one of those things that you wish everyone would try it and see what results they get because you want everyone to feel as good as you do!

Eggs, bacon, sausage would be typical breakfast but I only eat when I’m hungry and sometimes that is not until 2 pm
It depends what I have on hand. I can eat a few meatballs as a snack or rolled turkey with some mustard. If I tolerated cheese more I would eat a cheese stick.
But I typically have left overs from dinner.
Last night I steak and shrimp
This week was a roast, taco meat, bratwurst, I’ve also had many McDonald’s burger Pattie’s with cheese
Last week I made “crock pot crack chicken” which is cream cheese, ranch seasoning and chicken and I had pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket
I love blackened fish, grilled shrimp, lobster and lots of butter
I’ll talk more and share as we go along

Good for you. I’ve been keto for two years. Started ketovore a week ago. Ten carbs or fewer per day. I’m tired this week, but I know that will pass. I will think about carnivore. I do like my one cup of coffee in the morning. Coffee has carbs.😢 thanks for this video. Be blessed.

There are zero carbs in black coffee. It gets carbs when you add things to it. Drink plain black coffee - you can add butter to it for flavor and you will be at zero carbs :)

    I don't need to lose weight. Maybe 2 or 3 llbs. 5' 4" 118 lbs.
Why I am trying to eat cornivore is for bloating and back and hip pain.

I will, I have been filming here and there. Today I just had 3 mcdoubles no bun and it is 4 pm (ate at 2) not hungry. We will probably grill some meat for dinner. I have some thin rib eyes thawed but we have left over taco meat and roast too. You should check out l@lauraspath she pretty much just shows what she eats and how she cooks it.

Hi my friend! I find this really intriguing and want to learn more. I know several people who have done very well with it. I was wondering if you eat certain quality of meats and dairy? Like raw, organic, 100 percent pasture raised, etc? And what about cancer, as I have always been told that animal protein can cause cancer. Sometimes I am so confused because I read and hear totally opposite points of view. I would really like to cut out all refined sugar and carbs, but do you find it hard to give up all those good vegggies? Ahh..... You have me very interested!! I look forward to watching some of the videos. Love you!

Anne, I linked a book below "lies My Doctorr Told Me" that may be helpful. The easiest thing to do is google your questions on youtube and see if it comes up. I watched a very interesting video on chronic illness, allergies and autoimmune, dementia, etc all related to nitric oxide. th-cam.com/video/s_T8qS4wG3E/w-d-xo.html
      called bacon fixes blood vessels
There is so much research going on and we have been lied to. Cancer lives on Sugar and fasting which is easy on carno can starve it. We all have cancer and our body fights it off. There are tons of videos on that as well. I do not eat any special meat processing. I won't be talking much about this stuff because I am not well versed.
