There are many way of cooking Spinach.
Most common found in the menu of restaurant is Spinach soup with Anchovies. The making of this soup very simply, just boil the stock with anchovies and spinach.
Today, I am going to present to you Stir Fried Spinach with Anchovies.
I used 500g Spinach
20g Anchovies
Some cooking oil
and salt for seasoning.
