Brisket Burnt Ends | Smoked Beef Brisket

On this video, I smoked up some brisket burnt ends on my Yoder Frontiersman. I made these burnt ends using the traditional brisket point and the non traditional brisket flat. I personally love a bit more texture on my brisket burnt ends and these didn't disappoint.
