      सुबह के ४:३० से ६ बजे तक करे तो बहोत अच्छा है पर आम तौर पे सुबह के समय पे कभी भी या शाम के समय बेहतर रहेगा , और मेडिटेशन करते वक़्त आप ये सुनते हुए कर सकते है। आपको बहोत अच्छा अनुभव होगा
