It can be confusing the first time at yards but the lanes on the left are for the Mexico drivers. Also, did you know you can use the idle air? If it works still, you go in that building and ask for the adapter for your truck.

Oh my brother that goes by the handle( line backer )has driven 2 million miles or more our uncles were truck drivers and we live in California when we were kids and our uncles drove logging trucks and hauled logs to a saw mill where we lived on top of goat mouantain in Northern California close to clear lake.

I tend to give folks the benefit of doubt, like maybe that PAM driver was tired or having a bad day and didn't realize his lane went straight until he passed everyone making the left turn while giving the impression he was intentionally cutting everyone else off? And it's possible that he felt like a huge ass afterward too. Just thinking out loud, because most of the time things are not always as they appear.
Point # 1: that was not a PAM driver. That was an ANKH driver. They are Mexican drivers that come up from Mexico to pick up the trailers that PAM drivers deliver to Laredo for further transport to GM plants in Chihuahua. Those drivers don't care about US traffic laws. PAM drivers are generally fairly good drivers, and drive in and around Laredo all the time. Point # 2: at the way-station, you go over a set of scale plates soon after you enter the off-ramp that lets them pre-scale your load. If you are off/ over on any of your weigh points, ie steers, drives, tandems, you will be directed to take the right lane to go over the main scales.
You will be tested just rember take your time control your response and reaction your emotion your livlyhood depends on it your a professional driver now clam down and breath chill don't over do it with all the taking just realized you going to ok
