    I’m a smallchops vendor in the US and I can say Everything she said was spot on 💯💯 .. guys dnt sleep on smallchops business it’s very profitable and you can’t underestimate on the ease when you prep ahead of your orders and meet your clients expectations

      I store in the freezer, and bring out to to fridge if I have plans to use them later in the day of the morning after. If frozen it can last for months

      Offcourse, the shape is not the only diff in both, they need to taste diff things, Springroll is mostly just veggies, samosa need protein

    Pls how do you thaw your frozen samosa/ springroll fillings? Do you use just after bringing out from the refrigerator or you heat it up a bit?

      It doesn’t need to be thawed, else you will have problem frying it, just fry on medium heat

    If you put the spring rolls filler in the freezer for later use, that means it will still have some water that comes from the freezer, so do you have to drain it out before you use it or you just use it? especially when you are in a hurry for an impromptu order

      Instead of keeping filling inside the freezer, I rather make more skin for more spring rolls to finish up the filling cus it's better to have frozen chops than the filling incase of emergency orders. Just exhaust the filling instead of keeping it. That's what I do

      You are very correct, but if the electricity situation is poor, the already made chops get soaked and damage, but filling can still be used

      The water is not mainly much, just the chilling liquid, if I have time to allow it defrost fully I sieve, if I don’t I use it a little firm

    Thanks so much for this video. I am a bit confused, I read your response to someone that you don't keep fillings in the freezer, but I think I heard you say you keep filling in the freezer at some point.

      I put filling in the freezer, I bring it down to the refrigerating area a day before use or the morning before
      If you have constant light nd your fridge is always cool, you don’t need the freezer
