- Spring rolls ,a thinly wrapped cylindrical pastry
with vegetable and meat filling inside. Very popular rolled appetizers from chinese cuisine.
INGREDIENTS:
ingredients for chili-soy sauce:
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp
Onion one small
Water 200 ml
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili (hot) 1 chopped
Honey 2 tbsp
For garnishing
Green chili
Red chili
Scallions
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
ingredients for spring rolls filling:
Chicken 1 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp
Carrots 80g
Cabbage 150g
Scallions 50g
Red chilies 3-4
(according to the heat level of your chilies)
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
ingredients for spring roll wrappers:
All-purpose flour 200g
Salt 1 tsp
Water 120 ml (approximately)

At 5:15 I could not believe what I saw happening in creating the wraps. I've never seen anything like it. I have to watch your videos several times before I get the recipe because I get so caught up in the production of the film itself. The "tapping fingers" while waiting is brilliant! I confess, your video production is almost more "delicious" than the food. "Almost"!

I see comments all across this platform where ppl say things like "how amazing! Jesus is our Lord and savior" or things like "Jesus Christ is the way" or even generic terms such as saying "Jesus Christ!" If something big happened, be it good or bad.
That ain't propaganda to you? If you can call what the person above has said abt giving thanks to God as "propaganda", then u should be probably call out all those who remind others to invoke God.

Is separating those sheets of cooked dough a matter of "Practice makes Perfect" or is it more a matter of "Failing to prepare is = Preparing to fail" ? Is it down to oiling the sheet and sprinkling the flour between each layer perfectly?. That was such a surprise to me, especially when it's just Plain Flour, Salt & Water. Great video though!! Ps. Could you freeze them once rolled but before frying? Thank You.
