We are The Curly Coopers, a vlogging family, who uploads videos of our life together every Tuesday and sometimes Saturday. My name is Duana and my husband’s name is Curtis. We have been together for almost 18 years in July. Our life would not be complete without our beautiful children Ia (12), Isaac (10), and Isaiah (7). make sure you get enough extra flooring to do patch work in the bathroom tile even after the house settles. do not let them take any extra paint or rugs, make sure you put a sealant on the floor tile. Are you getting a water treatment and water system for grass and trees. does this house come with a 3 car garage. Do you have a clear sealant on all wood trim. do you have under counter lighting in kitchen at nightGet a gas power generator price or install now for any blackout get your pad for it now.for all room wood flooring also.

Make sure if they're big trees you don't want the roots near your home because they will damage your pipes and whatever else..Roots can grow far and they also lift concrete, so check on that if you didn't already...THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL, BUT THEY DO ALOT OF DAMAGE..Rainstorms the branches break..But please check..Many Blessings...😉👓Much Luv

One thing about showers to consider is whether you want the knobs controlling the water under the spray nozzles or away from where the water will be falling but not too far. Some people like to be able to control the temperature while not being under the water. For some it is not important because they control the water by reaching inside before entering. Just something to think about.

I remember when my parents built the house that I grew up in along with my brothers and my grand work on the outside of the chimney of the same house which is mine now so there you go.

There’s so much I would do differently during the construction of our house if I could do it all over again. But, what’s done is done. Stay on top of the builders during the whole process. Don’t blink during the final walk through and sign off! Congratulations!
