We are here at this large slatted floor facility and looking at underneath the floor and general that how much easier it makes your life using slatted floor. Concrete pens are not a viable option. This is a semi-intense operation where they also graze out in the field.

True Mr Bernard. Multiple floor pens is doable for both goats, pigs and chickens. Pen design that used the air space above their farms should seriously consider by both large and small farmers.
If this model is use, then it will free up more space to grow feed. I would recommend this

Lovely farm, there should be several of those across the island. While fodder is a concern, thieves are the reason many persons stop rearing goats, until we tackle that in a big way I believe the business will continue to struggle.

True wud . Forage is least of the concerns. Unfortunately the garrison politicks and social decadence continue produce so many thieves scammers, mudererers, and extortionist.

I have said it a once and I will keep saying it. Look at farmers overseas that have mountains lion or predator problems (in JA we have 2 foot lion problem) they have dogs with the herd and they don’t loose a single animal.🤔🤔
The owner need to find someone else that farm and sell hem the goat berries (poop). It’s a valuable source of fertilizer but some it as waste.
