Was that Mt. Olympus? Is this SLC?
Don't see much weight transfer going on. Not really good technique and this will not work in most snow conditions, slipping.
The second skater is not using classic skates
Certainly not, "classic skates" is a contradiction in terms.

So the EMT's don't have to scrape your brain off the pavement.
He completely doesn't work of upper body during classic. To much run on both ski during classic. Absolutely basic skills - not to give as example to learn!
