A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter Melissa, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

Stress ages the body and so i believe relaxation can be very helpful in stopping or even maybe reversing some aging. I feel relaxed listening to your videos and lounging outside in the sun. Its very nice i think you do a great thing.

Quite interesting, just out of curiosity I tried locating them on myself... I struggled with finding the ones on the head, but with the shoulder and hand, myself right-handed, I could too feel much more tension on the right side... and could feel how it was places where muscles attached and how that was connected to the tension (and moments later you basically said that). I think those two are ones I can now easily locate and occasionally try to relieve some tension myself, thank you. 🙂

My husband massages my pressure points once a week. Simply because I hold the stress on my shoulders along with working at a computer

Fern this is lovely, I was doing it along with you. There is an indent point at the back of the head/top of the spine that when I’m very lucky is pressed in during a massage. Do you know what that is? You’ve inspired me to do it on my own.
Could be Governor Vessel 14, but please research first to make sure. If you are going to try this yourself it may be wise to get a good reference book on this subject.My favourite is The Acupressure Atlas by Kolster and Waskowiak but there are others available. These books will go through technique with you as well as where the acupoints are located. 😊
