I’m no physical therapist but I can see that this lady’s left shoulder is ever so slightly higher than her right shoulder. There is clearly an imbalance - she’s overcompensating as a result on her right side?

This was awesome as always! I loved the pace of this and the sounds. I always prefer asmr thay has a purpose rather than just a pure trigger video, like tapping a hairbrush etc. I guess I'd class it as unintentional asmr videos? Anyway, this was great. I agree with you trigger videos irritate me more than relax me and it just seems so forced. Videos like these are so relaxing because it is realistic and natural. No hate on trigger videos though because a lot of people like them, i for one just don't😅

Great video!! However one correction: the Occipital muscles are a set of small muscles right at the very base of the skull. They are not the neck muscles. 🙂
Was looking for this comment! She said several things that were incorrect in this video. Really ruins the asmr for me when things aren't accurate. I'm a massage therapist and it bothers me more than it should!

She said suboccipital, which means below/ beneath, so that means the muscle group below the occipital muscles. So she was correct.
She’s not doing this to be correct. She’s doing it to help people relax and/or sleep. We know she’s not a doctor. Come on people. If you don’t like it, don’t watch. Find an ASMR video that suits you better.
How about the shoulder that she complained about was much higher than the other one? Like maybe she legit has pain in it? This was great!

Hey, I’m pretty sure the channel mondragon chiropractic does skin pulling? Not asmr and she doesn’t do it like this but if you’re interested I’ve seen her do pulling similar to this :)
