A little bit about me:
Hi! My name is Fern and I used to run a holistic business called Tranquility in a wonderful and calming space at the back of my house. Due to financial constraints, I gave up the profession but have always missed that connection and calmness I felt when helping others.
I’ve recently discovered ASMR via my daughter Melissa, who has convinced me to start this channel! Please join me on my journey of rediscovering these treatments and trying to help others relax - via the screen this time around!
I am currently making these videos as a way of remembering these treatments I used to offer. Sadly, I am not running my treatment room at the moment. ❤️

My physiotherapist have told me, that while getting a relaxing body treatment, a grumbling tummy is very likely a sign of the vagus nerve becoming activated! After learning this, I’ve started to embrace my ”loud guts” and think it’s actually a mark of respect for the therapist! They know they’re doing great job relaxing me 😁
