    Do you work with any insurance? I’m recovering from SL injury and got a referral to go to OT. Wonder if you provide virtual consultations (or by chance you are located in the Denver area too)?

    I had scaphoid fracture from may month i went to ortho doctor he xray and said this is ligament problem so u take some rest. After June i do some house work it get some pain in my wrist . Afterward I x-ray another doctor said this is scaphoid fracture and then he put cast for 15 days. I removed the caste after 15 day's it get some better after 15 days again pain came. August month i went to doctor he said 15 days is not enough to scaphoid fracture to recover and again doctor put one more p o p for 1 month. After one month i removed pop xray it doctor said now only bone get colleged u take 3week rest and come. But now also i am wearing thumbs print sccphoid belt. But now also healing after pop i can't rotate my wrist thumb also innerpalm also paining sometimes. When is my scphoid fracture will cure when healing will reduce????? I don't know

      It does take a long time for these to heal sometimes, follow all instructions from your doctor!

    it helped me a lot to do the accupuncture points with an incience, and a moxa. I dont know anything about acu but still it reduced 70 percent in 3 times, even if the incience went to my lungs...

    Doc how come when i get immediate relief from the trigger finger exercises it comes right back within minutes?

      Trigger finger is a mechanical problem where the tendon gets inflamed over time and doesn’t fit through the tunnel it glides through. So it takes weeks or months to get them to heal, though exercises can help

      @@ForwardTherapy God damn! Any tips for how to prevent it from happening once it does heal? For alot of us that means 3 months to start noticing healing and up to 8 MONTHS! i'm getting impatient tho
